SOUS CHEF:
We are currently seeking a professional, motivated, hardworking individual to fill the Sous Chef position.  The Sous Chef is responsible for the immediate supervision of all food production and personnel.  Acts as a team leader in Chef’s absence including ordering, scheduling, menus, training and enforcing of kitchen policies.  Leads and supervises in a pleasant and professional manner.  Assures the quality of all food leaving the kitchen is up to Heritage Pointe standards.

This is a fun, fast paced environment with great people to work with.  We offer competitive wages plus benefits, staff golfing privileges, complimentary staff meals, uniforms are provided and free parking. 
Reliable transportation and a minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience required.  Flexibility in work scheduling including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays essential.

NIGHT LINE COOKS:
We are currently seeking professional, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill night line cook positions for the 2017 golf season.  Start and end dates range between early to mid-April and mid-October to the end of 2017.  Both full and part-time positions are available.  Shifts may include weekdays, holidays and weekends.  Internships and apprentices welcomed.

Reliable transportation required and previous F&B experience is an asset.
