Rate Information

Heritage Pointe’s green fee rates are based on seasonal demand, weather, time of day and occupancy. While rates remain consistent, guests may see fluctuation, both high and low, based on the above factors. This means greater flexibility and choice when booking tee times.

  • Regular 18 Hole rates at Heritage Pointe range from approximately $100 to $130.
  • Twilight Rates are dependent on the time of day and time of year and range from $74-$90.
  • Regular 9 Hole rates range from approximately $50-$65 and are available Monday-Thursday anytime and after 3pm on Fridays, Weekends and Holidays.
